01 Can we (Client) get support from OEM manufacture directly?
Yes, of course. But the issue are manufacture not always understand what we want, they need more detail technical data before suppling the new parts. With us, we will make easily deal with manufactures to get correct parts.

02 Can we (Client) ask manufacture to install the devices for replacement at Site?
Yes, OEM can arrange their Field Service Representative (FSR) person from Overseas to do installation at Local Site, But it is not easy and more costly. With us, we can supply local FSR to install new devices as OEM standard installation without any issue and with more competitive prices.
